Silverchair Learning Systems works exclusively with Senior Care facilities to fix their old, broken training processes. We help Senior Care workers train better, smarter, and faster.

Our services are targeted toward the approximately four million Senior Care workers in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, and home health agencies across the United States who care for and serve their residents.

Our courses are appropriate for every employee in a senior care organization, and many of the courses address the unique training needs of the paraprofessional long-term care workforce—nursing assistants, home health and home care aides, personal care workers, and personal care attendants. These frontline workers provide hands-on care, supervision, and emotional support to millions of elderly patients with chronic illness and disabilities. Their services are specialized to the population they serve, as well as in high demand. They may not be as familiar with computers as they are with serving people, which is why we make our products so easy to use.

Our Learning Management System is designed to help Directors of Nursing, Directors of Human Resources, VP Clinical, VP Quality, Chief Financial Officers, and Administrators deliver effective training to employees and manage the education process more efficiently.
