Silverchair Learning Systems works exclusively with senior care facilities to help their staff train better, smarter, and faster. Our system was developed for the needs of the approximately four million senior care employees in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, and home health agencies across the United States. We have designed our training program to be appropriate for all senior care employees.

Many of our courses are uniquely suited to the needs of the paraprofessional long term care workforce, including nursing assistants, home health and home care aides, personal care workers, and personal care attendants. They provide hands-on care, supervision, and emotional support to millions of elderly patients. Frontline staff may not be as familiar with technology as they are with serving people, which is why we make our products so easy to use.

Our Learning Management System is designed to help Directors of Nursing, Directors of Human Resources, VP Clinical, VP Quality, Chief Financial Officers, and Administrators deliver effective training to employees and manage the education process more efficiently. At a time when staffing shortages top the list of key concerns in the industry, these leaders are challenged with finding new and innovative ways to turn limited human resources and funding into quality care, while operating in a highly regulated environment.
