Ongoing Support Beyond Start-Up

After clients have begun using the service, Silverchair focuses on generating the right level of service to make certain they maintain momentum and continue to be thrilled with their system.

Follow-Up Support

Silverchair offers several methods of continual support to ensure clients’ long-term system success. Some examples of this support include:

  • Authoring Support. A key capability of our solution is the Authoring Tool which allows clients to create and/or edit courses. Service Delivery works with clients to help them edit the courses we provide or create their own courses.
  • Monthly Calls. In addition to taking any inbound calls, the Service Delivery team leader contacts each client "manager" at least monthly to see how they are progressing and to see if there are any system training needs to be addressed.
  • Quarterly Reviews/Awards. On a quarterly basis, Service Delivery is reviewing the success of its clients' facilities and providing guidance to them about how to improve.
