We know that launching technology in a Senior Care environment can be challenging—our Service Delivery team is dedicated to making it easy. We lead a start-up process that focuses on getting clients up and running quickly and leads them to success. After our clients are using the system, Service Delivery manages the ongoing relationship, working to continuously improve the performance of clients' training programs.

Ensuring Smooth Start-Up, High Ongoing Use

Silverchair Learning Systems is committed to providing clients with Client Services programs that assist them from start to finish: from pre-purchase system evaluation, through set up, and finally providing training and application support services to optimize the effectiveness of the Instructional Content and Learning Management System. Silverchair employs a dedicated Service Delivery account team to make sure that your entire system runs smoothly from start to finish, including a full-time Regulatory Team that offers guidance on course content, regulatory changes, and other clinical issues.

Our research shows that employees adapt to change more readily when those leading them through the change have a well-conceived plan. That plan must provide direction for the groups and individuals who are ultimately responsible for changing and training others to change. Silverchair provides comprehensive training for those who oversee staff development—taking a “train the trainer” approach. We then provide training guides for these newly-trained managers to train frontline staff.

Delivered hand-in-hand with our family of learning system products, our Service Delivery team supports your system administrators throughout the process of adopting e-learning and a new information management system. Support is available anytime—you can call us as often as you need without added service fees or charges.
