Your Dedicated Service Delivery Team A Service Delivery Manager oversees the system launch and assists with the strategic planning of your training program, including training calendars; determining support for different staff levels; and tailoring training to your specific state regulations. Managers serve as the main point of contact for the administrators of your system and are available for help and guidance. A team of Service Delivery Associates serves as the main contact for your organization's students. Associates staff the Service Delivery hotline (1-866-689-0846), so students can speak with an actual person. Associates work closely with Service Delivery Managers so when a student calls, the Associate is familiar with the history of the client.
