Silverchair’s Learning Management System (LMS) easily and effectively delivers, tracks, and reports on your training program, keeping your courses and compliance reports in one place. It includes the following features:

  • Course Player — The format in which employees view the courses on the computer. Courses run in both text and audio and provide English and Spanish capabilities with the push of a button. All courses are produced for an appropriate 6th-8th grade reading level.
  • Training "To Do List" & Transcript — Employees log in to the system and see the list of courses they are scheduled to receive. They can also easily see their completed courses and receive certificates of completion.
  • Testing — Pre- and post-tests are an integral part of the employee training experience. This capability also gives managers the opportunity to permit "testing out" of certain courses.
  • Course Assignment Engine — Managers automatically schedule and assign training courses based on facility, department, hire date, or other determining factors. Managers can schedule both online and offline courses so to more easily manage the organization's staff development process.
  • Course Authoring Tool — Clients have the option to create and edit courses, or develop tests for offline activities such as videos or classroom instruction. Silverchair supports bilingual and audio file capabilities.
  • Management Reporting — Managers can easily view the status of each completed, coming due, or overdue course assignment or program. Managers can also pull historical training records, making the system a great tool for use during survey, corporate compliance auditing, and plans of correction.
