Service Delivery Manager PDF Print E-mail
Our Service Delivery Managers serve as the closest contacts for Silverchair Learning Systems clients, helping to successfully launch new clients and increase our reputation for excellent customer service by maintaining existing client relationships. Client rollout responsibilities include organizing system set-up, performing a quality assurance review, providing training for client contacts, and confirming successful program implementation. Client relationship responsibilities include management of client communications, performing client reviews and reports, and tracking of clients’ system usage to guarantee correct use of the eLearning system. 3+ years of client relationship/customer service experience is preferred.

We're looking to add an analyst that is client-service focused and able to take on client-generated reactive issues. This person must be flexible and able to handle interruptions inherent in a multi-faceted team format. This individual must have the ability to fit in to a service-oriented culture, maintaining calm in a fast-paced environment.

Successful Service Delivery Support Analysts have:

  • Customer focus, and drive to meet client needs
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize among competing requests
  • Ability to query and use MS SQL Server databases
  • Business Analysis experience
  • Basic Networking, Hardware, Software knowledge
  • Ability to create reports using Microsoft Reporting Services and other databases
  • Knowledge base development, user training and implementation experience
  • Ability to create knowledge base articles
  • User testing for pre/post application release, requirement definition experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Candidates may come from a Help Desk or Tech Support role
