We're looking to add an analyst that is client-service focused and able to take on client-generated reactive issues. This person must be flexible and able to handle interruptions inherent in a multi-faceted team format. This individual must have the ability to fit in to a service-oriented culture, maintaining calm in a fast-paced environment.
Successful Service Delivery Support Analysts have:
- Customer focus, and drive to meet client needs
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize among competing requests
- Ability to query and use MS SQL Server databases
- Business Analysis experience
- Basic Networking, Hardware, Software knowledge
- Ability to create reports using Microsoft Reporting Services and other databases
- Knowledge base development, user training and implementation experience
- Ability to create knowledge base articles
- User testing for pre/post application release, requirement definition experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Candidates may come from a Help Desk or Tech Support role
