Our Service Delivery Managers serve as the closest contacts for Silverchair Learning Systems clients, helping to successfully launch new clients and increase our reputation for excellent customer service by maintain existing client relationships. Client rollout responsibilities include organizing system set-up, performing a quality assurance review, providing training for client contacts, and confirming successful program implementation. Client relationship responsibilities include management of client communications, performing client reviews and reports, and tracking of clients’ system usage to guarantee correct use of the eLearning system. 3+ years of client relationship/customer service experience is preferred.
